Markus Birdman is an award-winning, internationally acclaimed comedian and 2023 Britain’s Got Talent semi-finalist. He was one of the first British comics to land a Netflix Special (Live in Amsterdam), has written and performed 13 solo shows at the Edinburgh Festival, and toured extensively across Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australasia.

A versatile writer and performer, he co-wrote Jayde Adams’s 2020 Amazon Prime Special Serious Black Jumper and often blends visual art and animation into his comedy. Beyond stand-up, he has created large-scale murals for Comic Relief and collaborated with Norwegian musician Ole Maa on live animated performances.

With roots in graffiti, poetry, and performance art, Markus brings a unique creative edge to comedy, making him a sought-after act on stages worldwide.
