Simon Schofield
Co-Founder
Simon is a theatrical producer who presents shows all over the world.
Starting his career as a performer in numerous major theatre productions across London and the UK, Simon transitioned into producing in 2015, combining his on-stage experience with a passion for creating engaging live entertainment.
Born and raised in Manchester, UK, Simon is the Co-Founder of Sisco Entertainment Group, a production company specialising in the development of innovative shows for audiences both domestically and internationally.
Sisco Entertainment has gained recognition for its dynamic productions, including highly successful live music and theatrical experiences, which have earned accolades for sell-out performances in renowned venues and tours across multiple continents.
Beyond producing, Simon has worked as a talent scout for major entertainment companies, sourcing new talent for high-profile television shows. His productions have been featured on numerous national and international TV programs, showcasing their wide appeal and cultural impact.
Scott Garnham
Co-Founder
Scott is an award-winning theatrical producer and creative director with a distinguished career in live entertainment. His extensive experience in producing, directing, and performing demonstrates his ability to create innovative and impactful productions that resonate with audiences worldwide.
As the co-founder of Sisco Entertainment Group, Scott has led the development and production of numerous highly successful and critically acclaimed projects both in the UK and internationally. His work continues to exemplify excellence and creativity, earning widespread recognition and acclaim.
In addition to his theatrical endeavours, Scott has contributed to a range of entertainment formats, including television and live events. His collaborative efforts with prominent venues and production companies reflect his expertise in delivering world-class entertainment.
Scott is also an accomplished actor and singer, with a repertoire that spans film, West End productions, international tours, and Broadway.
As a member of the League of Independent Producers and a Stage One New Producer alumnus, Scott remains at the forefront of the industry, driving forward innovative and engaging entertainment experiences.
Dominique Ava Bennett
Senior Director – Creative Strategy
A graduate of the Royal Conservatory of Scotland, Dominique brings her classical music training along with unstoppable energy and creative thinking to every project.
She started to learn the violin at the age of six and during her classical career performed at some of the most prestigious venues around the world, including the Royal Albert Hall in London. At the age of 18, Dominique was the runner up in BBC’s Young Musician of the Year Competition in the UK, which opened up the world of theater and pop music for her.
Shortly thereafter she became the youngest headliner in the history of Royal Caribbean and the journey of cruise line entertainment started. In 2004, Dominique moved into arts management and joined the team at Barry Ball Artists. As Vice President of Operations, she curated entertainment management offerings for various cruise lines and grew the roster from a small portfolio to over 500 artists and shows.
She is responsible for founding ongoing partner creative relationships with brands such as Afishal Music in the UK, BGT Winners, Attraction along with JEM Music in London, as well as the media producer, Freelusion in Budapest.
Now celebrating 20 years in arts management, Dominique is excited to be leading the amazing team at Beyond Talent Group in curating the most personable, exceptional and elite roster of artists for both cruise lines and theatre venues around the world.
Chris Jurasas
Senior Director – Entertainment Operations
Chris brings with him over 30 years of experience creating innovative entertainment programing. He held the position of Senior Director, Operations and Strategy for Barry Ball Artists where he was responsible for managing the portfolio of artists.
Prior to that he was Entertainment Director for Seabourn’s fleet of ultra-luxury vessels.
During his nine-year tenure, Seabourn garnered 4 Magellan Travel Awards for the best luxury ship entertainment and enrichment. He was instrumental in developing the partnership with Sir Tim Rice, and developing the fleet-wide hit show An Evening with Sir Tim Rice.
Chris also developed the Seabourn Conversations Enrichment Program that featured such high-profile speakers as Steve Wozniak, Dan Rather, Margaret Trudeau, Steve Forbes and many others. Previously Chris held positions at Holland America Line, both shipboard and land-side including the rollout and management of the BB King’s Blues Club. Chris held the position of entertainment manager for Celebrity Cruises in Miami for 5 years. He has successfully launched 7 new ships, including Seabourn Ovation, for which he produced the naming ceremony.
